Spice up your Pilates routine by adding a common household item: a chair! Challenge your core strength as well as your brain in this efficient and somewhat unconventional mat Pilates session! This workout will build strength in your abdominals, glutes, legs and pelvic floor! Feel centered and energized when you finish this workout!

PROP: Household Chair (note: please be sure to practice safety when using a prop like this. Be sure your chair is stabilized and sturdy before starting this workout)
