Welcome to DAY 18 of the Advent Yoga Challenge!
Today we’re diving into a dynamic Standing Yoga practice designed to boost focus, energise your body, and improve lower-back mobility — perfect for mornings, mid-day slumps, or anytime you need a reset.
In this session, we explore a variety of standing poses and unique movements that help you activate your core, open your spine, and awaken your mind. You’ll experience:
✨ Standing Cat & Cow in High Lunge – a creative variation you’ve probably never tried before, amazing for improving balance and spinal mobility
🦅 Eagle Pose – perfect for building concentration and improving posture
🌀 Standing Twist – great for releasing tension & waking up the obliques
🧘♀️ Yoga Squat for Lower-Back Pain – gentle but powerful relief for tight hips and low back
🌞 Half Sun Salutations – to warm the whole body and lift your energy
This all-standing yoga flow is ideal if you want a practice you can do anywhere, without a mat, while still getting the benefits of grounding, stretching, and strengthening.
