In this surf workout, we'll incorporate some fundamental movements of surfing into a simple follow along routine to be completed at home!
Surfing requires a very unique set of fitness elements and being in the water is for sure the greatest way to improve your surf performance. That being said, it's important to cultivate and maintain certain muscle groups in order to continue doing it! That is where the power of these exercises really comes into play... enjoy!
If you're injured or rehabbing from injury I recommend working with a skilled practitioner!
