Feel your roots moving down into the earth through the soles of your feet grounding you in your place on this planet in this 25min Standing Flow practice. This practice is great for those who have sensitive wrists or wrist injuries as we won’t be placing any weight on our hands. We’ll start with Box Breathing, which is a grounding breathwork technique and then we’ll flow through a balancing and hip strengthening sequence to cultivate a strong base from the soles of the feet all the way up through the spine.
