Grass is tight and the sheep can’t stay where they are — so the fence has to move too.
In this video, myself and Robbie head out to shift lambs onto fresh grass, putting the new wire reeler to work after building it in last week’s video. Simple jobs on paper, but between fading light, scarce grass, and a quad getting bogged, it turns into a proper test.
Despite the pressure, we get everything done in just two hours — a record for a job that usually drags on far longer. With daylight saved, we switch from farm work to house jobs, ticking off a few long-overdue bits for the boss herself, Orlaith. New doors, shelves, lights… and most importantly, a happy wife at the end of it.
