This week's Guided Practice brings you two techniques to support your healing after an injury to the soft tissues of especially the knee (mainly ligaments, tendons, fascia).
Key in this training is proprioception (to bring back a stronger body-space perception and hence sense of safety in the body) and active mobility (of the muscles) to bring a stronger presence and stability in the body.
