Welcome to your hips strength and stretch 30 min yoga sequence where we will explore our sacral chakra. The sacral chakra is the centre of emotions, feelings and stimulates pleasure. We will be focusing on the hip region in particular and will be opening and strengthening this part of the body to unlock tension and release trapped emotions. The sequence works in poses including gate pose, warrior poses, lunges lizard, pigeon and more.
