The Cane can be a fantastic workout and can be customized based on goals. Here we combine Cane skills with fitness.
There are different types of Cane Workouts you can do depending on goals.

Our Cane Athletes are typically 50+ years young and train from the comfort and safety of their homes anywhere in the world, thanks to the technology and our structured curriculum.

Here's the Outline of the Enclosed Cane Workout:

Warm-Up:
Circle Rotations for Ankles., Knees, Hips, Wrists.
Perform skills to be performed at lower speed and intensity.

Perform 3 Rounds of 20 Second Intervals for each Cane Skill, Right/Left Sides
Round #1
-Speed Spins Forward
Figure 8s
Powershots
Tornados

Round #2 Add Footwork and Lower Body Exercises
Level 1 (Leader): Walking Forward/Back, Side To Side.
Level 2 (Advanced/Instructor): Jogging and Squatting in Place. Circular Footwork
Level 3 (Master): Sprinting in Place/Shuffling- Circular Footwork.

Round #3 Caner Battle
2 Skills
Lev 1: Forward Spins & Fig 8s I or T pattern footwork
Lev 2: Same as above or Half Body Concept with SRBSS using Circular Footwork
Lev 3: May Use Two Standard Canes or Minis

3 Skills
Lev 1: Forward Spins, Fig 8, Intermediate or Powershots
Lev 2: Forward Spins, Fig 8, Intermediate, Half Body Concept or SRBSS
Lev 3: Same with 2 Canes

4 Skills:
Lev.1 Forward Spins, Fig 8, Intermediate, Tornados
Lev 2 Forward Spins, Fig 8, Intermediate, Tornado, Shoulder loop
Lev 3 Same As Above Double Canes
