Things are ramping up now, and the physique is progressing very quickly. With only 7.5 weeks to go, I run through my shoulders/tricep session which has been tweaked slightly as we grow closer to the show.
Y-raises - 3 working sets - 12-20 - After failure, 30% off, 3s positives, 5s negatives
Rear delt cuffed cable raises - 3 sets - 15-20 - After failure perform a double dropset
High incline DB shoulder press - 1 working set - 8-12 - 1 back-off set - 12-15
All four rear cable raises - 3 sets - 15
PL machine side raises - 2 working set 15-20 w/ 2x 20s rest pause rounds
Rope extensions (I think) - 2 warm-up sets 15-12 - 1 working set 12-15 - After failure perform a double dropset
Small incline close grip SM press - 1 working set - 8-12
Extension superset - 2 sets - 15
