Follow along with Katya Struve and Paul Monje as they demonstrate a killer inner thigh workout with 3 exercises repeated over 3 rounds. This routine will keep your legs lean and toned, and activate your quads, adductors, glutes and hamstrings.
There are only 3 exercises in this 16 minute inner thigh workout:
1. Sumo squats / Alternate stance sumo squats
2. Lateral lunges
3. Asymmetrical reverse lunges
You'll repeat these exercises for 3 rounds.
Remember, when you workout your inner thighs, always be mindful of quality of your movements. Keep proper form and maintain steady breathing even after you feel a burn. Last thing, when you combine workouts like this one with a clean diet, you'll burn up body fat on your thighs even faster.
