The “Bare Back” Routine Challenge 2025

This one isn’t just a workout it’s a statement. The “Bare Back” got its name because once you attempt it, you’re compelled to take the shirt off and go to war with the bar. The structure is simple but brutal:
• 30 pull-ups / 60 push-ups
• 25 pull-ups / 50 push-ups
• 20 pull-ups / 40 push-ups
• 15 pull-ups / 30 push-ups
• 10 pull-ups / 20 push-ups
• 5 pull-ups / 10 push-ups
⏱️ All sets must be unbroken. No excuses. No shortcuts. Best time wins.
In this video, I went head-to-head(II) with my past self 2019 Zef. Back then, I clocked in at just over 15 minutes. Today, I wanted to see if the older me could keep pace with the younger version. Glad to say, the fire is still burning.
Much respect to Ken’s & Tajh, who also broke 2019 Zef’s time. That right there proves what I’ve been preaching since day one: Bar-Barian training works if you stay consistent, stay hungry, and keep solid people around you.
