For today’s video gagawa ulit tayo ng MEAL PLAN DIET! Actually, nakapag upload na ako last time ng what I eat in a day during my 3 weeks’ diet pero syempre hindi naman yun ang palagi kong kinakain during my diet, and yun nga as what I have said sa aking ibang videos, you can eat any healthy foods as long as counted nyo kung ilang calories na yung naiintake nyo. , I will give you a version 2 of my meal plan diet na pwede nyong sundan while you’re on diet. So this time, I will make a 900 calorie diet meal plan.

Sa first video ko kasi , it’s less than 800 calories meal plan diet which is not advisable as a long term diet diba. And ayun nga, yung calories na need natin maintake in a day will depend sa age, height, current weight. In this video, I will also share you how to compute your TDEE – Total Daily Energy Expenditure or ung actual calories na need mo maintake per day. So please watch this video til the end madla, okay?
