This video was made for those who want to improve balance and neuromuscular control in an easy and safe manner! These balance exercises are perfect for building the stabilization of the ankle, knee and hip and can easily be progressed or done with the support of a solid structure. When trying this balance workout routine, do your best to stay in a single leg balance position and try to control the movements enough to never touch the ground. If you do make a touch, don’t worry, just try to keep it brief and go right back into the stabilized position or the next rep of the balance exercise! The main goal of the single-leg matrix is maintaining a strong neuromuscular connection throughout the movements and fine-tuned control of the lower body muscles. Always use a slow tempo on these exercises and be sure to practice your balance and coordination in a safe manner! This one can be used as the perfect warm-up too! Enjoy!
