Feel the burn in today's Full Body Pilates Workout. To add to the burn we will be using a glute loop (mini band) and light weights (Iโm using 3lbs) equipment is optional. We have a series of exercises to work arms, thighs and core. Remember to lengthen your spine while performing the movements and to be mindful.
