1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp young ginger juice
A few dashes of white pepper

30ml (1.01 fl oz) water
Some cooking oil
500ml (16.9 fl oz) orange juice
Add enough water to cover the ribs fully
1 tbsp grated young ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
