Shake up your core exercise routine with this 12-minute follow-along workout!
This is the ultimate intense abs workout designed specifically to target each of your core muscles. And it will definitely take your core strength to the next level since there's no rest between the exercises. So give it all you've got and let's strengthen those abs!
We will do each exercise for 45 seconds, except for our finisher; a plank hold for 90 seconds. All you need is a workout mat and a little bit of space around you.
