It's raining outside and you don't want to bbq; you need this recipe!
2 Slabs Ribs
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp White Wine Gaelic Butter (optional)
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Goya Adobo Seasoning
1 Tbsp Paprika
Preheat oven to 325
1. Clean your meat and remove the thin underlining layer of skin
2. Mix all seasoning together creating a rub
3. Spread rub over both slabs (front & back)
4. Cover with aluminum foil
5. Place in preheated oven for 3 hrs
6. Prepare BBQ sauce
7. Slather both ribs with sauce and place in broiler for about 3-5 minutes, or until you have a little char
