30 Minute Mini Vinyasa Flow Class: Balancing, Outer Hips, and Twists

This condensed vinyasa class consists of a brief warmup followed by an invigorating flow sequence. The theme is balancing, outer hips and twists and will lead up to a standing revolved hand to big toe pose (will variations available for all levels). Although a quick practice and not super fast, it will still build some heat with energizing postures. Modify or rest as needed.
