5 Cups of water
8 cloves of fresh garlic
1 large wiri wiri pepper
1 Tsp salt

Ground split pease
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp Ground gear
1 1/2 Tsp ugar
1 Tsp Black pepper
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp Adobo

Dough:
6 Cups all purpose flour
2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp yeast
1/2 Tsp sugar
1/2 Tsp salt
2 1/2 Cups warm water
