Let’s get sweaty, burn some energy, test your endurance, strengthen your core and feel ready for the holidays with this 30 min Christmas Cardio Workout! 40 exercises, no repeat, no rest!
All you will need for this cardio workout is a mat and a bottle of water! Maybe open those windows too!
Timer: 45 seconds of work per exercise the entire way!
Remember to pace yourself! Slow down if needed... stop only for a brief moment if you need to! You should try to maintain heart rate at a level you could hold a conversation!😁
