Probably the last time I'm doing through the hand pronation for awhile. I'm starting to plateau on it. I managed everything fairly straight with a slight angle on the last sets. I'll take a break for several days and start through the thumb pronation. Since this lift is all on the riser and hand, I shouldn't have a problem hitting 120 on the thumb looped version where the wrist helps some with the lift
