[Ingredients]
75g Milk
25g Vegetable oil
20g Condensed Milk
80g Plain flour
180g Egg white
65g Sugar
Few drop of Lemon Juice
Steps :
Baking mould : 28cm x 28cm
Preheat oven 160°C
1. Mix milk, vegetable oil, condensed milk, and plain flour into a bowl and stir it evenly.
2. Add few drops of lemon juice into the egg whites, add 65g sugar into the egg whites at three separate times, and whip it to soft peak.
3. Add the meringue to the batter and mix it well.
4. Pour into the baking pan.
5. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.
6. Refrigerate the cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hours.
=Black sesame cream filling=
100g Light cream
20g Caster sugar
150g Sugar-free black sesame powder
1. Add caster sugar and black sesame powder into whipping cream and whip it till creamy.

砂糖65g
加几滴(檸檬汁)
做法:
烤盘:28cm x 28cm
予热烤箱160°C
1. 将牛奶、植物油、炼乳、普通面粉混合均匀。
2. 将几滴柠檬汁加入蛋清里、细砂糖分次加入蛋清里。将蛋白打到湿性偏中性発泡状。
3. 将蛋白霜分次加入面糊拌匀。
4. 倒入烤模。
5. 以160°C烤20分钟。
6. 放置冰箱冷藏至少一小时。
=黑芝麻奶油馅料=
淡奶油 100g
细砂糖 20g
无糖黑芝麻粉 150g
1. 将细砂糖、黑芝麻粉加入淡奶油打发至中性奶霜。
