Olive Garden Chicken and Gnocchi Soup
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ cup of celery - chopped
½ white onion - diced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
½ cup shredded carrots
4 cups chicken broth
salt and pepper - to taste
1 teaspoon thyme
16 ounces potato gnocchi
2 cups half and half or heavy cream
1 cup fresh spinach - roughly chopped
Add chicken, chicken broth, celery, onions, garlic, thyme, carrots, salt and pepper to slow cooker. Cook on high for roughly 3.5 hours. Add in gnocchi, half and half, (or heavy cream for a creamier soup), and spinach. Cook an additional 30 minutes to an hour on high. Taste, add salt and pepper if needed, and serve.

*Chicken and Gravy Noodle Soup
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 oz ranch dip mix
1 oz brown gravy mix packet
2 cans chicken broth
Swiss Cheese
Egg Noodles
Place your chicken in your 6-quart slow cooker. Pour your soups on top.
Sprinkle your mixes on top of the soups. Use part of your broth to rinse out the cans of soup and pour over the top of your mixes along with the remainder of your broth.
Cover your chicken with slices of swiss cheese. (I used 4 slices, but you can use as little or as much as you like.) Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, stirring once halfway through cooking. Take your chicken out of your crock pot, shred and return to crockpot. Stir in egg noodles. Cover and cook for an additional 30-45 minutes on high until noodles are cooked to desired texture.

Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 chopped red pepper
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 bottle chili sauce 12 oz
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
Brioche Buns
Cook beef, onion and red pepper in skillet on medium heat until meat is cooked. Add meat to slow cooker. Add everything else (except the buns!) to slow cooker and cook on low 3-4 hours. Enjoy!
