You’ll move intentionally through a series of low impact Pilates exercises that activate your deep core, tone your legs, and lift and strengthen your glutes—all while supporting your body with mindful breath and alignment.

Perfect for days when you're short on time and want to feel good in your body, move with ease, and build strength from the inside out.
