This push-up challenge will test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness.
👉 The Challenge:
• Perform 280 push-ups in 1 set. 280 squats in 1 set plus 80 pushups 80 squats.
• [Time limit: 20 to 30 minutes. Ladder style: 20 to 1 + 10 to 1 = 265 + 15 reps =280. last 80 reps 2x squat and pushup ]
