Extreme low grit sharpening : clay brick

This video is not meant to argue that a clay brick is the ideal sharpening media, it is just an example of how a little knowledge can produce decent results with very basic materials. This brick was just soaked in water and then ground against another brick to round the edges and clean up one surface.
At the end I linked to a couple of other similar videos but note that one of the points of this one though was that you only need a brick, there is no need for leather, cardboard or stropping of any kind. A edge-forward edge like this will have optimal durability and edge retention.
There are also some comments on the end about the grain of paper and how it influences the ease of difficulty of cutting and as well about how the angle of the blade to the stone can influence the aggression depending on how it is used to cut.
