If you've been following the Detour for a while now, you're doing the prep and various movements to keep your joints healthy which is a big WIN. Sometimes it's nice to step back from the slow and technical stuff (which never stops being important!) and just MOVE. Move faster, get the blood pumping and heart rate rising.
