Learning how to move from the body's power centre will make all the difference to your posture and practice. In this video we first isolate and activate the abdominals before integrating them into more complex static positions like plank. From there, we'll move more dynamically, doing so with an awareness of how that movement can be directed from the centre of the body as opposed to from the limbs alone.
