This short, dynamic core practice moves quickly to build heat, stability, and full-body awareness.
You'll warm the body with seated side lifts and gentle cobra waves before moving into a flowing sequence of low lunge → side plank → cobra. After that, we shift into deeper core conditioning: bird-dog variations, leg cycling, hip lifts, and a reverse spinal roll-up.
This is a great class for days when you want something short, energizing, and effective—or as a warm-up before a longer practice.
