This 60-minute class blends breath-led core work with accessible flows, standing poses, balance, and a lengthened cool-down. Ideal if you’re returning to yoga or want a calm, structured session that still makes you feel stronger and more stable.
What you’ll do:
Centering
Abdominal Breath
Warm-ups (Neck, Shoulders, Back, Core)
1/2 Sun Salutation Warm-ups
Standing sequence: Pyramid → Triangle → Warrior II → Warrior I
Build towards Crow Pose
High plank + Side plank options
Dolphin push-ups,
Sphinx & Snake for back-strengthening
Seated L-sit Leg Lifts
Supine Core Work (Oblique crunches, leg lifts
Shoulder Stand (options)
Supine twists
Final Relaxation
Props (optional): 2 blocks, cushion to sit on
