WEEK 8 – My Longest Cycle Ever on My Weight Loss Journey 🚴‍♂️

This week everything clicked into place!

This video is part of my cycling for weight loss journey as an overweight beginner starting from zero fitness.

I’m documenting every week so other beginners who are overweight can follow along and see real progress.

I hit my longest ride yet — 60 minutes and 16 km — and for once the plan went exactly how it should. No setbacks, no tech issues, just steady progress and a big confidence boost.
