10 minute Stiff Back Stretches that you can follow along with to help you relieve back pain in your upper back, mid back and lower back. Do this stretching routine everyday to target back stiffness from prolonged sitting. This is no equipment required, it is a beginner-friendly stretching routine that you can do AT HOME or at your desk (which ever is most convenient for you!).

A tip to help with flexibility when you are first starting off is to be more aware of your own body. I'll help by reminding you about WHERE you should be feeling each of the stretches in your back and to breathe as you relax into the stretches. Over time, you will be more aware of your body on your own and be able to identify which stretches work best for you. Hope that this follow along stretch routine will help you relieve back pain as you work each day to improve your body!
