A NEW 30 DAY STRETCH Challenge for Beginners & Inflexible People. This stretching challenge is for those of us who sit a lot during the day and experience tension in the upper back & low back.
Today is first Friday video of the Upper Body Reset Stretch Challenge, we'll be doing upper back stretch & strengthening exercises. These are SLOW and controlled movements from segmental cat and cow to YWTI for back strength.
If you have friends or family member who might like this challenge - be sure to invite them to join!!
• We'll be stretching for 15-20 minutes everyday
• The Links to each of the videos are in the PDF calendar
• Cross off one day of stretching at a time ✅
By the end of the 30 day stretch challenge, your back should feel amazing!
