How to Perform Fifth Lunge on the Lagree Fitness M3 Megaformer (tips and tricks)

1 yellow spring (Lagree)
1 white spring (Xformer)

(Target leg is the RIGHT leg)

Setup:
stand at the back platform facing the front
pick up the short cables first and stand up on the back platform second
make sure the short cables are on the of th e handlebars and bicep curl to pull the carriage in
place your right foot in front of the back carriage strap and your left foot stays on the back platform (toes down and heels lifted)
lunge down and forward to hold your lunge

Execution:
exhale as you press your right heel down and back against the back carriage strap to drag the carriage in as you come up out of your lunge position (using the short cables to bicep curl if needed)
inhale as you lower down and forward letting the chest fall forward as you go down
