Pandan me, but this is too good to share. 💚🍰🌿 honestly one of the hardest recipes I’ve ever done but it was. so. WORTH IT. 🙂↕️ after this, I’m never buying roll cakes again.

🛒✨ Ingredients:
For the Cake:
1 cup all-purpose flour
5 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar (divided)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup coconut milk
4-5 fresh pandan leaves (blended with water)
1 tsp pandan extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
For the Filling:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For Garnish:
Shredded coconut
Fresh pandan leaves
