朋友点名要吃烤米糕(肥猪肉糕),于是动手做一份"肥猪肉糕"跟她分享。做这款糕点,其实并不难,只要知道一些技巧,绝对可以烤出美美又香气十足的'"肥猪肉糕"。
烤米糕(粘米粉版)/kuih bengkang tepung beras/ kuih bingka ♥️在大马,俗称"肥猪肉糕"♥️一口咬下吃,表面焦香焦香的,内层软糯又充满椰奶香,好吃!
材料:
7寸正方形烘盘
150g水磨粘米粉
40g绿豆粉
12g木薯粉
600ml鲜椰奶
400ml清水
145g白糖
4片斑兰叶
1/4茶匙盐
适量香蕉叶
注:若是用包装的椰奶,那椰奶和清水的比率是500ml:500ml.
Ingredients:
7 inch square baking pan
150g rice flour
40g mung bean powder
12g tapioca flour
600ml fresh coconut milk
400ml water
145g white sugar
4 pandan leaves
1/4 tsp salt
Some banana leaves
Note: If using packaged coconut milk, the ratio of coconut milk to water is 500ml:500ml.
