To follow this video you will need:
8 skinned Sausages or 450g Sausage Meat
½ Onion
1 Garlic clove, peeled and sliced (optional)
½ Red Pepper
1 Carrot
1 stick of Celery
½ Courgette
½ teaspoon Oregano (optional)
1 tin Chopped Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Tomato Puree
50mls Red Wine or Water
1 Beef Stock Cube
You will also need a sharp knife and chopping board, grater, a large frying pan with lid and a large stirring spoon
Serve with the pasta of your choice!
