Hello friends!
This 30-minute hip-opening Vinyasa Flow is designed to help you release tension in two of the most commonly tight areas of the body – the hips and lower back. Whether you sit for long periods, move a lot during the day, or simply hold emotional stress in these spaces, this practice gently unwinds it all.
We’ll move through a mindful sequence of lunges, folds, and deep hip openers to create space, lengthen the spine, and improve mobility. Each posture is designed to soften the lower back, free the hips, and help your body feel lighter, more open, and more at ease.
