While it hasn't happened in decades, many MLB games in the past had to be forfeited for a number of reasons. They involve fans getting mad at umpires or players, fights between players, or promotions gone wrong. These include Babe Ruth and Ty Cobb fighting, a missing grounds crew, Washington Senators ownership, ten cent beer night, disco demolition night, and ball night, the last forfeited game for now.
