Lab-e-Shireen is a rich, creamy custard and classical Arabic dessert. This is rich flavored custard with vermicelli, fresh fruits, dried fruits, fresh cream, and jelly.

Ingredients
Vermicelli colored 1/2 cup boiled and drained
Whole Milk 1 liter
Mixed tropical fruits of your choice (banana, apple cut in cubes, chopped mangoes, grapes, pomegranate)
Dry fruits 2 tbsp( sliced almonds, pistachios)
Jelly of different flavors (mango, strawberry or banana) 1 cup each
Heavy cream 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup or to taste
Vanilla custard powder 5 tbsp
Water to cook Vermicelli
Preparation
1. In saucepan, add water and bring it to boil, add strawberry, banana jelly and cook until dissolved, pour in a mold and refrigerate until set then cut in desired shape. Both prepare separately. Here I made only half of the packet.
2. In a pan add milk and let it simmer. Add sugar in it and let the sugar dissolve completely.
3. In a separate bowl take 1/2 cup milk with custard powder and mix it well so no lumps are formed.
4. Add this mixture slowly in the milk and keep stirring till it gets thickened. Switch off the flame and let it cool. Keep it in the refrigerator.
5. In the mean time boil the Vermicelli in enough water until soft around 5 minutes and drain it. Mix the Vermicelli with heavy cream and keep aside.
6. Now mix the cut fruits, cooked Vermicelli and heavy cream with the prepared custard. Mix it well. Add some dry fruits and jelly. Keep it in refrigerator and serve it chilled. Garnish with more jelly and dry fruits while serving.
