A full body kettlebell workout you can do in 12 minutes, whilst cooking dinner, or during any other activity. I do this workout when I'm on a time crunch, or just can't be bothered to workout.
Adapt it however you want. I usually do:
12 x 1 minute intervals-
1 minute burpees
1 minute KB clean and press
1 minute KB goblet squat
1 minute KB swing
REPEAT x3.
