Hello family and friends 🤗 today I want to share with a family favorite with you. High protein salmon cakes 😋 Dinner is done in 30 minutes and the salmon is hiding protein! Let's get started...
Ingredients:
2 cans of pink salmon, drained
2 eggs ( 2 eggs per can)
1 sleeve of saltine crackers
salt and pepper to taste
Ranch packet (optional)
I usually don't add any other seasonings except salt and pepper, but feel free to add extra seasoning (garlic powder and onion powder)
Begin by opening the salmon cans and draining them, add them to the bowl and chunk them up. next add the eggs and the crackers and mix well. once combined, go ahead and start making patties and place them in your Skillet that should be on medium to high heat. make sure to spray your pan. it will take about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. you were looking for a nice golden color, and you will be able to tell on the sides that it is set. you can keep these in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
