No Oven Home made Bread Recipe | අවන් එකක් නැතුව ගෙදරදී ලේසියෙන් පාන් හදමු

Ingredients
1. Superfine Wholegrain Wheat flour 3 cups
2. Yeast 1tbsp
3. Salt 1tsp
4. Lukewarm water 1 cup
4. Butter/oil 1/2tbsp (for greasing, not added to the dough)
5. Chopped onions and garlic (optional)
6. Flex seeds ( optional )
Ingredients for bread using wholemeal wheat flour or bread flour
1. Wholemeat wheat flour / bread flour 350g
2. Yeast 1 tbsp
3. Sugar 1 tbsp
4. Lukewarm water 1 cup ( you might need more or less depending on weather conditions )
5. Oil/butter 11/2 tbsp
6. Salt 1 tsp
Use 1/4 cup of lukewarm water to activate the yeast. Yeast can be added with sugar if you prefer. It would give the bread a bit of sweet taste.
1. Activate yeast (with/ without sugar) adding 1/4 cup of lukewarm water. Rest it for 15 mins to rise.
2. Knead flour adding salt, butter and activated yeast. Add water gradually and knead for 10-12 mins until the dough becomes less sticky.
3. Place it in a greased bowl for about 30-45 mins to double the size.
4. When the size is doubled flatten the dough and shape it to the shape of the loaf tin. Place the shaped dough in loaf tin for about 20 mins.
5. After 20 mins the dough will rise and form the shape of a bread.
6. Bake it in oven for 20-30 minutes at the temperature of 200'C or in a pan on a low heat for about 20 mins. ( add salt to the bottom of the pan) ( baking time might change depending on your oven and conditions of the dough)
