Hey Team. Welcome to day 7! Up to now we wanted to learn proper alignment, muscle engagement and endurance & consistency.
As we move into another week, we will be adding pieces of cardio to the body parts we previously utilized.
What this means: ultimately we want to set up a week worth of workouts you can count on and adhere to.
I get several questions on.. how many days should I do this etc.. Well, now you will have your own schedule of workouts to hit PLAY & GO! Yes! 👏🏻
