📝 Afghan Kofta Ingredients
• 1½ kg kofta (minced meat)
• 1 kg onion
• 1 whole garlic
• 4 tbsp corn starch
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp coriander powder
• 1 tbsp black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp cumin powder
• Oil for deep frying

For Kofta Sauce:
• 5 medium onions
• 1 tbsp garlic paste
• 1 kg blended tomatoes
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp coriander powder
• 1 tbsp red chili powder
• 1 tbsp cumin powder
• 5 green chilies
• 1 cup oil

📝 Afghan Chicken Yakhni Soup Ingredients
• 1 chicken (cut into small pieces)
• 1 onion
• 1 tbsp garlic paste
• 2 carrots
• 2 potatoes
• Fresh coriander
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp dry coriander
• 1 liter boiled water
