Get ready for a sweaty 25 minutes with this full body workout. We'll be working for 30 seconds, with 10 seconds rest and a 30 second break half way through. I'll be using 2kg, 6Kg & 8Kg kettlebells but use what you have at home, even dumbbells can be used with this workout.
DID YOU KNOW - without strength training, people can lose up to 30% of their muscle mass between ages 50 and 70. After 70, the rate of muscle loss accelerates further. As you lose muscle, you're at increased risk for osteoporosis, falls and injuries.
