Weight Loss for Women - Let's strengthen the biceps, triceps and shoulders with this EASY TO FOLLOW great workout that will TONE & SHAPE your arms and shoulders. I'm using 2 Kg, 4Kg & 6Kg dumbbells for your reference. This ALL STANDING workout is beginner friendly for Women Over 50 at home.
The exercises are performed for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest. Each round will work on one area.
I have added shoulders to this workout as I think they go hand in hand when working the arms.
