This class is a 45 minute vinyasa yoga flow designed to help support your lymphatic system which is intimately related to your immune function. Your lymphatic system relies on movement - muscular contraction and release to help pump, flush, filter and cleanse toxins and bacteria from your body. Class focusses on rhythmic & circular movement in those areas of your body with a high concentration of lymph nodes (chest, armpits, groin and abdominals) as a way of encouraging your own body to function in an optimal manner. This naturally supports your immunity. To further assist your immunity, stay calm, sleep well and nourish yourself with lots of good food x
