15 Min Yin Yoga | Total Body Release & Relaxation

Welcome to your 15 minute Yin Yoga class for total relaxation. In today’s practice we’ll melt into long, gentle holds to release tension throughout the entire body.
We'll be holding the following asanas for 2 minutes each:
☽ Child's Pose
☽ Caterpillar
☽ Dragonfly
☽ Reclined Pigeon (Eye of the Needle)
☽ Twisted Roots
☽ Savasana
Move slowly and keep the poses really passive. No pushing or forcing. Just allow the breath to guide you deeper.
Some discomfort is normal in Yin but if you feel any sharp sensations, please back off as you may have gone too deep.
Suitable for all levels and no props required.
