Η πιο ζουμερη κιμαδόπιτα - The most tastefull meat pie

Οι πίτες είναι αγαπημένα εδέσματα για τους Έλληνες εκατοντάδες χρόνια τώρα, σε όποιο μέρος της Ελλάδας και να πας υπάρχουν χιλιάδες παραλλαγές από αλμυρές και γλυκές πίτες. Στο σπίτι μου φτιάχνω αρκετά συχνά πίτα και αυτό γιατί αποτελεί μια καλή και έξυπνη λύση για να μην πετάω το φαγητό της προηγούμενης μέρας ενώ μπορώ να το σερβίρω την επόμενη μέρα γεμιστό μέσα σε μια πίτα και να τους ''ξεγελάσω'' με ένα νέο φαγητό. Επίσης είναι μια καλή κρυψώνα για να δίνεις στα παιδιά λαχανικά ή όσπρια ή ακόμα και κρέας που δεν τους αρέσει να τρώνε. Φτιάξτε μόνοι σας το φύλλο ή πάρτε του εμπορίου και βάλτε στη γέμιση ότι υλικά σας αρέσουν, όπως και να φτιάξετε την πίτα σας βάλτε και μια καλή δόση αγάπης και είμαι σίγουρη ότι όλοι θα την λατρέψουν απ' τα χεράκια σας!

Pies are for Greek people one of the favorite dish for hundreds of years now. Anywhere in Greece you go, there are thousands of different pie recipes that you can try. In my home I make pie very often, because it is a good and smart solution not to throw the leftovers, while I can serve it the next day as a stuffing in a pie and trick them with a new food. It is also a good hiding place for vegetables or legumes or even meat to give to children when they do not like to eat them. Make a homemade sheet (filo) by yourself or buy one from your local store and make stuffing that you like. Whatever you choose to put in your pie, together with a big dose of love, I'm sure everyone will love it!
